  1. Awesome Tack Store!!

I ordered a Micklem bridle and I cannot believe how FAST it was delivered to the US and at least $40 less than anywhere else. You guys are awewome! And I love the bridle. I have a Norwegian Fjord and I think she's going to be very happy in this bridle.

Thanks so much for your awesome serice and prices!!

  2. Just what I needed

    Posted by on

I wanted something easy to start my youngsters in. This eliminates the need for a separate lunge cavesson. I ordered the large horse size as I have Warmbloods over 16.2. The strap that goes behind the jaw is a little snug on two of them but fits the other one well. If your horse has a large jaw you may want to take this into consideration. I had read before purchasing that these run small but I would not say so on all counts. The bridle works fine with a loose ring or eggbutt bit but if you have a full cheek with long cheek pieces they can get caught under the noseband. There is no way to put the fulmer bit keepers on so you may have to experiment if you use a full cheek. Leather quality is a little coarse but it is a training bridle so that did not concern me. Customer service was EXCELLENT.
