Returns
Country & Stable hope that you will be 100% in love with the products that you order from us, however if this is not the case we have made returning products for an exchange or refund easy. You are assured by our 30 Day No Questions Asked Guarentee*.
Simply email us at returns@countryandstable.com with your order number and the products you wish to return and if you are after an exchange or refund.
We will then email you a FREE FedEx (USA Residents only) label, and you just need to drop it off at your local FedEx drop off.
Once your parcel has arrived back with us and passed our quality control checks, we will issue you with your exchange item or a refund. Please note, this process can take upto 5 working days once the items has arrived back with us.
Returned items must be returned to us in an 'as new' condition and still in their original packaging within 30 days of the arrival of your item. Please ensure when you are sending returns to us, that you protect the item and do not attach labels directly to the product or boot boxes.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns from Canada, however if you wish to return your item please contact us on returns@countryandstable.com and we will provide you with the details that you need.
