Delivery this Holiday Season

Country & Stable want to ensure that all its customers have a wonderful Holiday Season, with this in mind, below are the delivery dates for the holidays.

Items from Horseware, Weatherbeeta, Dublin, Kerrits and Ariat will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery if the orders are placed with us after midday on 12/12/19.  If an order for these products is placed after this date, we can not guarantee they will be with you in time for Christmas.

Items purchased from any of our European brands have a guaranteed delivery date if the order is placed with us before midday on the 12/18/19.  Again, any orders placed after this time and date are not guaranteed for delivery in time for Christmas.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders $100 and over to the USA. All orders to the USA under $100 can be dispatched using our standard service at a cost of $19.95. All orders of in stock items usually take 5-7 working days. All orders to Canada will be $19.95.

On this website where estimated timescales for delivery are given we will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within those timescales. Delays are sometimes inevitable due to uncontrollable factors and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss or damage of products passes to you when products are delivered or when the first attempt at delivery of the products has been made.

In order to protect both you and us we will validate personal and payment information supplied by you during the ordering process with your card issuer and approved third party organisations. You agree to these checks being carried out and payment being taken at this point. Information that you provide will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We try to ensure that all prices on the website are correct but errors may occur. Where we discover an error in the price of goods that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel your order we will give you a full refund. If we cannot contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to any products ordered passes to you after we have received full payment and the products have been delivered.
